Pleasant staff and stunningly beautiful hotel.
quick check-in, late check-out, attractive room with filthy chair and books plus better condition then others. comfortable location - so close to the outlets and main road as well as all the stores and the outlet mall. also, close to everything.

Thoroughly enjoyed Florida City, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and nice close to the everglades national park. They offered us good meals, had a wide array of options to choose from.

Breakfast was allright for a hotel like that. But that was about it.
I never had such a bad experience with a hotel. The room was kind of moist (maybe because of the heavy rainfalls in southern Florida two days earlier); additionally, there was a really disgusting smell in the room. I tried to swap rooms, but the other room that was offered was just as bad. To make things even worse I paid nearly 90$ for that room. Absolutely ridiculous. Should haved changed hotel.

Nice friendly staff, very welcoming and helping. Nice big rooms with good beds and thick walls, which is our first after 3 hotels in miami south beach ( first time a good sleep...)
It looks old fashion but you can easily look past that.

Unexpected insects in the evening
The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the sights.
Unfortunately, we encountered roaches in our room late at night, quite unsettling and made it difficult to relax.

The staff provided excellent service with Ms. Amy always cheerful and ready to assist me. Housekeeping, made a big difference.
The room had some maintenance issues that needed attention.
